A wrongfully disgraced Knight Errant detective who left the force and struck out on her own after her partner betrayed and framed her. She uses superior deduction, reflexes, and memory skills to find her targets and uses cybernetic firepower to subdue or eliminate them. Her abilities are enhanced somewhat by magic, but she is not a spellcaster. Cynical and Pragmatic, but not really apathetic.
Take down Darius Biermann - her former partner in the Knight Errant's Seattle Investigations Unit - after he pinned the murder of a superior officer on her and caused her to lose her arms when she came across and confronted him later.
Make sure her protege - Myra Crenshaw - improves her reputation and cred in Knight Errant for various personal and empathic reasons.
Lorena Allistar - or "Drew" as she prefers to be known as - grew up in London, but her father was from the UCAS in North America and her family moved to Seattle when she was a pre-teen. Her grandfather had been in the military, and her father was in Law Enforcement, so she grew up with what she thought was a pretty good grasp of the concept of justice and what was right. Even to this day, Drew feels a connection to Army Veterans and tries to help them when she can (but not typically if it means she's going to screw herself in the process most of the time). She spent a lot of her development time at her dad's work at the Seattle branch of Knight Errant where he was a detective and helped those in need.
Drew had always shown a great aptitude for memorization, studying, and her photographic memory was discovered fairly early as she could easily recall any bit of information about any location, event, or person she ever came across without any trouble. She was quickly recruited into Knight Errant directly under her father as an Assistant Investigator once she was of age, and she took over his job once he retired for "stability".
Her time as an investigator was mostly positive; she and her partner - a gruff dwarf named Darius Biermann - were a fairly effective team and Drew felt like she was helping to make the crappy reality of the Sixth World a little better for those who needed some help. However, towards the end of 2081, Drew watched as Darius stormed into the office of their direct superior and immediately followed to see what was going on. When she arrived, Darius was covered in blood with the superior's body on the floor as Darius had stabbed him repeatedly while he was on a call. Darius threw the weapon at Drew and escaped out a window while Drew was left to deal with the aftermath. She took the blame, but she wasn't formally charged due to the pull of another superior officer in Knights Errant favoring her. He couldn't completely protect her, however, and encouraged her to resign. She did exactly that after making sure that her assistant - Myra - took her place.
A few days later, while trying to track down a supplier contact she had, Drew ran into Darius who immediately ran from her. She naturally gave chase, but while she was able to keep up with him, she was eventually led into a trap as Darius led her to some seriously equipped friends who pretty much shot Drew's arms off as she tried to protect herself. She would have died, but Darius called in DocWagon but gave no explanation for his actions beyond warning her to not look for him.
She ignored that warning of course.
