Overview

When you're in need of knowledge or want to use free Matrix, the Seattle Public Library is a trove of books, trideos, and information. But like many things in the Sixth World, things are never what they seem.

Usually at the front desk or shelving books, Mrs. Frost is the head librarian of the Seattle Public Library. To SINners, Mrs. Frost is a kind, gentle old lady whose wisdom spans probably all the way to the Fifth World. To the SINless, Mrs. Frost is stern, powerful elder who knows just about anything that goes on in the Shadows. As a Fixer, Mrs. Frost has worked with many Shadowrunners, and few prove to impress her.

If you're at the library to borrow the newest action flick on Trideo, see her on the upper floors. But if you've been called to see her about a job, you'll meet her at her office in the archives downstairs.

When Mrs. Frost has a job for you, you'll get a message saying that she's reserved a book for you. It'd be wise to pay her a visit if you manage to get the invitation; perhaps you can melt her old, cold heart. And don't forget to pay your overdue fees; it's easy to get lost in the Seattle Public Library.

Aspects Description

Aspect Description
Hard to Impress As a Fixer, Mrs. Frost has worked with many Shadowrunners, and very few make a lasting impact on her. Her cold personality and steely gaze makes it hard to believe that she's capable of feeling for anyone other than herself.

Take a look, it's in a book Thanks to being surrounded by books, Mrs. Frost has access to a wide variety of knowledge that she can offer. Just make sure to sign up for a Library Card. +2 to Academic Knowledge Rolls.
"You're as cold as ice" There's an urban legend that Mrs. Frost is a follower of the Hermetic Mage Tradition. Though noone's really seen her cast Spells, SINners attending the Seattle Public Library can claim that they've felt a sharp chill now and then.
Friends in high places. Living in Seattle for a long time, Mrs. Frost has met with many Johnsons. If you're looking for work, she's got you covered.
"I heard from a little bird..." : Info Broker Mrs. Frost has a wide network that she's cultivated over her years working as a Fixer. Whatever happens within the Shadows, she's probably heard about it. Course, she's willing to share... for a price.
"Knowledge is Power" : Blackmail Thanks to her job as a Fixer and Info Broker, she has been able to acquire sensitive information on certain influential individuals both in SINners and the Shadow Community. Of course, she would never disclose this information unless it was *absolutely* necessary.
"Another fine addition for my collection." Mrs. Frost is a avid enjoyer and collector of classic arts, historical pieces, and literature. As such, she is more than willing to buy and sell art pieces or collectible books from Runners,
